Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see your delivery status. Your order number is in your confirmation email — it starts with CAP-.
How tracking works
- Step 1 · Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Morecambe fulfilment address within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day are processed the same day.
- Step 2 · Tracking email
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking link automatically. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
- Step 3 · Delivery
Transit typically takes 2–5 business days for most UK addresses, or 3–7 business days (Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands). We use Royal Mail / a tracked UK courier on every order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
