We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy from us. If a piece isn't right for your home, returns are simple, free, and clearly explained — no small print, no fuss.

How to start a return
Email us within 14 days of delivery
Write to support@capitun.shop with your order number and which item you'd like to return. You can also use our Contact page.
Use the prepaid return label
A prepaid return label was included with your parcel. If you've misplaced it, we'll email a replacement — just ask.
Pack the item as it arrived
Please return the piece in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and with any tags attached, so it's protected in transit.
Post it back to us
Drop the parcel at any post office using the prepaid label. Returns are sent to our fulfilment address in Morecambe.
We inspect and refund
Once the return reaches us and we've checked the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
Items that can be returned
All items are eligible for return within the 14-day window above, provided they meet the condition requirements — new, unused, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Defective items, non-defective items and exchanges are all accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 7 days. Because original UK delivery is free, there's no delivery charge to refund. Depending on your bank, funds may take a few further working days to appear on your statement.

All payments are handled by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We don't offer cash on delivery, so all refunds return to the card or wallet used at checkout.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — before sending anything back. Email support@capitun.shop with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the issue, and
- a couple of clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
