We want paying for your order to be simple, secure, and completely transparent. Every transaction is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

How payment works

  1. Add items to your basket

    Browse the shop, choose what you like, and add it to your basket. The price you see is the price you'll pay.

  2. Enter your shipping details

    At checkout, enter your UK delivery address and email so we know where to send your order and how to confirm it.

  3. Pay securely via Stripe

    Choose your preferred card or digital wallet. Stripe processes the payment directly through a 256-bit SSL-encrypted checkout.

  4. Receive your order confirmation by email

    Once payment is authorised, we'll send an order confirmation to your inbox with your order details and a receipt.

Pricing

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and are the final price you pay. UK delivery is included, and there are no hidden fees added at checkout.

Capitun is a small, family-run sole trader business and is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to any order.

The price displayed on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout is always the same — we don't inflate the total at the last step.

Security

Your payment is processed securely by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most trusted payment providers. Stripe handles your card or wallet information directly through an SSL-encrypted connection.

Capitun never sees or stores your full card details. We only receive the information we need to fulfil your order — your name, delivery address, email, and the items you've purchased.

Payment issues

If your payment is declined or fails at checkout, no money is taken from your account. Some banks may show a brief pending charge, but this is released automatically and will not settle.
