Shipping

We're a small online business run by a husband-and-wife team. Every order is picked, checked and packed carefully at our fulfilment address, then sent straight to your door.

How your order is processed

  1. Order placed

    You place your order online and choose your delivery address at checkout.

  2. Payment confirmed

    Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

  3. Order packed at our fulfilment address

    We pick, check and pack your items by hand at our private storage and fulfilment address in Morecambe.

  4. Dispatched with tracking

    Your parcel is handed to our courier and a tracking number is emailed to you.

  5. Delivered

    Your order arrives at the address you provided, ready to unwrap.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can vary during busy periods such as bank holidays and the run-up to Christmas. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday; orders placed after 14:00 GMT (London), or over a weekend, are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

We use a tracked service on every order. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we'll send a tracking link or number to the email address you used at checkout.

You can also visit our Track Order page if you need a quick way to get in touch about a delivery.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We'll check the tracking details, open a claim with the courier if needed, and keep you updated.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery address & availability

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Capitun is an online-only business — we don't have a shop, showroom or collection point. Orders are shipped directly to the address you enter at checkout. Our fulfilment address in Morecambe is private storage and is not open to the public.
