Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a matte black finish, the Pit Boss 1250 Competition Series Wood Pellet BBQ Grill provides 8,487 sq cm of cooking space. Capable of holding roughly 56 burgers at once, this unit offers eight distinct cooking methods including smoking, roasting, baking, and searing.
Equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, the digital control board features an LCD screen and syncs with the Pit Boss Grills app for temperature and fuel monitoring. A direct flame broiler lever enables high-heat searing, while the 11.8 kg hopper supports long, slow cooks using 100% hardwood pellets.
