The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 combines authentic charcoal flavour with precise digital temperature control. Powered by a gravity-fed hopper, this unit allows you to switch between traditional cast iron grilling grates and a full flat-top griddle.
Set your desired heat using the digital control panel or via Bluetooth and WiFi on your smart device. The automated DigitalFan maintains consistent airflow, taking you from low-and-slow smoking at 225°F to high-temperature searing at 700°F.
